He did explain what he meant in his second post. He is not asking a question but he is offering a service. Those who are having any problem in changing the Sponsor or someone who are looking for a Sponsor for a small business may contact him who will help to get it done. Not a bad idea for those who are thinking of changing their Sponsors but unable to get it done (This is what I could understand).
