The online system of the MOI is updated very late. Maybe as late as 3-4 months as of the date the violation was committed.

I had the same situation, my ticket was registered online on Feb 2007, but in fact the traffic officer handed me my ticket back in Nov 2006!!!

So, check the MOI site under Traffic Violations section.
