My dear you mix up the Repulse bay with Causeway bay.
Its half an hour from city center to this Repulse bay by taxi.
If you want to do it in local way go to the Central MTR Station, and go to bus terminal and get 6X bus.
I will recommend Stanley bay as there are more markets, and great and affordable foods.
