Then take the first right ... all the way down to the top till you see small roundabout you turn left. Then all the way down you will see Al Saad stadium on your right ... you will pass small round about. You go straight in that roundabout ... then you will see a compound on your right hand side. That is al bayyan compound. Sunbeam nursery is inside that compound. Turn right after you pass the security gate.
