Dear Jannah...Every company in Qatar gets a certain number of work visas from labor dept that can be utilized and it depends on what kind of Profession this company is into. For example a Beauty Shop gets 03 work visas for women and 01 for men. An engineering company can get maybe 01 or 02 visas only for women and the rest for men.
So if you are applying for job, try to apply to companies that still can get a work visa for women.
