I think your new working visa supersedes your business visa. To be on the safe side, make sure that your working visa is really under process as I heard the same scenario where they assure a person that the visa is being processed, but somehow not. The penalty for expired business visa is quite hefty so you just have to make sure that your papers are really under process.
