Ask your company to prepare a NOC, then fill the farm and go to any of the immigration centres if your mother is below 60 years, otherwise go to Gharrafa immigration centre, alongwith farm carry your ID copy as well, then approch the counter with the farm, they will process it otherwise they will ask you to get the signature of GENERAL who sits at first floor of Building no. 1, approach him with some valid reason get the signature, come back to the counter and pay the fees, thats it, process is simple and nothing to worry, inshallah you will get the visa, if any more querries please feel free to write to me.
