He is, by my measure, actually the richest man CASH-WISE.. The guy is the Guru of investments in the Stock Market and his holding company Berkshire-Hathaway (NYSE Stock code brk.a) is the highest priced stock in the NYSE at more than US$ 100,000/share!
He is liquid (AS IN ALL CASH - with USD 10 Billion)!!!
None of the other registered billionaires have that cash.. They are all "rich" because of their holdings in their respective companies (i.e., paper rich) not Cash Rich!
