You have to apply Family Visa for your child. If you full fill the family Visa criteria and your child is below 18 years, you can sponser your child and wife.
For family Visa you have to submit NOC from your sponser, Salary Certficate , 6 Months bank statement, Attested educational Certificates, Marriage certificate if for Wife. + Ellectric Bill, or Tenant contract paper.
Note: Your slary should be >=7000/- QR

you can apply simple Visit Visa, where these conditions not applied, but only NOC from your sponser.
