I have same problem - just bought the HTC Touch and can not access Internet - spoke to QTel's ever helpful staff (^..^) who said that settings not yet available - and to contact the phone supplier!!! I asked for the iMate settings as this just a development and they said that they would not work.

Maybe try a HTC forum??

The sooner I fall behind, the longer I will have to catch up....
