I had an experience with Air France (I HATE THAT AIRLINE WITH A PASSION).
Lost baggage on my trip to Tokyo.
Made me go to offices and waste my time there. After filling out forms I received a letter 1 month later saying "Sorry, we can't do anything without your flight coupon".
I called and said YOU TOOK IT! How could I have been on the flight if I didn't have the coupon?
They just acted like thick idiots.
