Rates in sub-Saharan Africa are huge - and whose fault is that? There are many complex factors, it is not so simple as blaming a country's morality and laws, which you seem to do quite often.
So when I say that I find the statute and application of Saudi law the most abhorrent and disgustingly vile any where on the planet I am talking about the present. You have a habit of dragging up past conflicts ( eg Native Americans) as a justification to continue a dead argument. How Saudi, Israel, USA , Qatar etc came about is about as relevant as me blaming the Italians for what they did to Boudicca during the Roman Empire in Ancient Britain.
