Let me just say its not cool to generalize....

Having been guitly of it myself in the past, I hope we can be more constructive in our criticisms....by all means, call out any bad behaviour, offer suggestions as to how things can be improved....but concluding that everyone is like that and its a lost cause will not help in the least!
