I dont think you can rent a mini cooper or cooper S in Qatar...i think all of them are owned by cooper lovers and almost all people here would be after a sedan or a 4 wheeler to rent not a MINI...if you know an owner of a mini you can ask him/her to rent it but i doubt they would say yes ;-))
