I think you are talking about so called 'free visa'. Some expatriates from India and Pakistan believe there is a visa called 'free visa' available in Qatar, which allowed to go and work anywhere. Please note there is no free visa category in this country. You can get work visas authorized to work under the sponsors only. Dont be cheated by illegal agents.
