I went to universtiy there for some time both as an undergraduate and post graduate. I was in Latin America for a total of 8 years.
This makes me 'Latin American Educated' - doesn't it? I was formally educated there for a period of time and got the necessary certs.
I was always the only non-Latino in the class.
