Yes,,if yu have Qatar RP not visit visa [yu must have a health card] then it will not come to more than Qr 500/- which includes maybe 2-3 days in hospital as per your case.
Even if Ceasarian birth also same charge only bed charge will be extra.
Doc are good in Hamad for pregnancy/Delivery case better than Al Ahli/apollo/American/Emadi Hospital etc.

My 2 Kids born here ...very hassle free.
