Well I always saw a metrosexual guy as a guy who takes really good care of himself like getting pedicures and manicures done, and just generally being really attentive of how he looks.

What do u mean by a "metrosexual woman" ? Do u mean a woman who doesn't take of herself well? So a woman who has alot of "male" habits ?
