For instance are you western Educated if you grew up in the middle east and did all of your living and studying there, then just went abroad for a few years and got a university degree from the west?
Surely that's not the same as someone whos family imigrated abroad when they were 6 and spent almost all their life in the west!
My guess is that in the case of adds like this, they are looking for someone western minded (with the associated value systems of the west) whilst trying to remain politically correct....but who knows for certain what they mean.
