The 3BHK has few takers here. I think if somebody will put a little more money he will get better ones in Doha than 25km away.
This place is only for 1-2BHK Types.
yes its true that this place is dusty because there is no population or houses around this area. Its bang in the middle of the desert.
the 1 BHK is fully booked in first phase. There are a total of 5000 units. after 2months 2-3-4 phase will be delivered.
this area looks like wild west zone.
still it is good for many people.
i am not complaining but the swimming polls /gym /common rooms are average class.
A nice mosque with imam is also avialable here. good......mostly india people here.
could be a nice community.
