My point of view is that being a Mulsim and living in a Muslim Country such post should not be published ? If you have removed the name you should have remove the Religion also I think Religion is more important then the name ?

Due to such stories (true or false) it's only giving negative impact on other regarding Islam and Arabs ...

To keep QL clean and running successful you should not allow to publish such stories/ articles.
