PARSONS is a big, good & well known company worldwide and you will gain a good excperience and very respectable in the CV when you go to other company that is all true cuase i was with them for almost 5 years in Dubai office but the only issue with them they generally offers poor salaries otherwise don hesitate to join them if they gave you good fair offer. good luck:)
