Baku (Azerbaijan) - Don't know
Chicago (USA) - North American will fight hard, but they've had it 3 times
Doha (Qatar)
Madrid (Spain) - Europe is 2012 will never repeat
Prague (Czech Republic) - Europe is 2012 will never repeat

Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) - Never had it, strong competition
Tokyo (Japan) - China are 2008, hard to say the Orient will get it again.
