Regency Towers and Beverly Hills Towers at Westbay. Both are quite good, views from Regency are better, but some say Beverly Hills is swankier. Regency is quite good though.
Both are next to Four seasons hotel in Westbay area. I think both high rises have 2 beds and 3 beds
Rents: No idea, but maybe 12 to 14 for a 2 bed I think. I am being provided one in Regency by my company, so I am not so sure of the rents.
