yah..it took some time till I got used to this sort of adds (just read carefully!):
"Fully Independent SHARING accommodation, semi-furnished (A/C and carpet)"....or sometimes: "A/C and cartoon" (HA-HA-HA!!)..
OR: "FULLY independent accommodation, ONLY kitchen, hall and toilet are sharing"..lol....
