I noticed a habbit. Someone can say. "Hi everyone I'm get 5 riyals, but everything will be paid for, even a man to put my shoes on" and people will still say "no! it's not enough, you need 5k for accommodation".
When someone says it's being paid for it means that... wait for it... "it's being paid for!"
7k is more than enough if you are getting a car, accommodation, allowances, medical, insurance, transport and what not.
That means 7k is in your pocket. You only need to pay for food, petrol (unless that is paid for as well), and utilities, which come to a MAX of 1.8k.
The rest is in your pocket to spend on what you like.

2k on water, electricity, internet and phone rental
that leaves 5k
If you are going to buy clothes it depends on taste, I buy new clothes maybe once every 2 weeks, and I buy average.
Lets say for arguments sake you spend 2k a month on alot of clothes.
that leaves 3k
Now I don't know what food you eat. But if you eat expensive food, it'll cost you. If you eat normal food, I'd say 1.5k a month.
that leaves 1.5k for everything else.
Now if you are like me and don't waste money and can live on a budget.
You can easily save 2-3k a month.
