You can contact this gentleman - they are the dealer for Precor here in Doha and provide servicing (which is excellent) after the sale. They came and looked after reassembling and cleaning my treadmill after I moved and did an excellent job (and were prompt and came when they said they would and were clean and polite) Ajesh was an excellent contact point for this company - extremely professional and followed up to make sure all was done to my satisfaction - some of the best customer service I've had in 10+ years in the GCC.
