First YOU cannot cannot get a visa for your friend. Your friend has to obtain the visa him/herself.
Depends on your friend's nationality, he/she can either obtain visa on arrival at the airport (nationals of 33 countries are allowed to do so), or to apply for the visa through the Hotel
