The only time I've seen fresh turkeys is at Christmas and then that was in UAE - I very much doubt you'll find one in time for US thanksgiving. However, if enough people start to ask at Megamart (or even Carrefour) they might bring some in for the December holiday season.

They are VERY expensive as I recall, and often people had to prepay to ensure they got their bird!
