If u Have Windows XP environment press F6 or in some PCS press F8 but u need to press this key when urs computer will start to look operating system .just on the PC and count 1-5 and press this key
u ll get some opetions on urs screen chooes the option of Save Mode and window will open in Save mode .un install the software and chech urs c and d drive also remove it from there .
now on urs PC again .u ll naver c it again .i am 100% sure .i have applied it many time
