If you have stayed here for 14 days and want to extend for another 14 days, then just take your passport to the immigration office along with the PRO (Mandoob) of the company or hotel from where you have taken the visa. The mandoob has to be with you as he will need to show the original computer paper of the company/hotel. You just need to give the passport and pay them QR.50 through ATM or credit card. That's it!
