it is really bad, these guys should be stopped because they got the wrong term of freedom. If you will start bugging other people and hurt them with your smoke, then you have to know that the boundaries of your freedom are limited.

Some people think that they are cool smoking in public like anyone would care about how attractive would that person be while smoking. Laws should be enforced and work on all people .. otherwise everyone would be saying these laws don't apply to these people so why would i care? to respect the laws, you should have self respect. you should be ashamed of yourself for breaking the laws, not obeying them.
