There is no such thing like “Official confirmation”. There is a SET of the requirements. It is not only Salary... or only job Title... or only the Company your work for... or only some other parts of this set... It is a complete SET of the requirements and circumstances of each individual case. Each case is considered separately. It’s not like you say, that your salary is 7000 and they issue a visa for you automatically. They have to consider ALL the circumstances of your particular case in package. After processing your individual case, they make decision either to grant you a family visa or not. Sure, there is a minimum salary (which is by the way 7500 before accommodation), but the fact of having this salary does not solve the case automatically.
All you have to do, as anyone else, to gather all necessary documents, all documents and papers that you think might help in this matter, to apply for the Visa, and to wait for the decision. That’s all you can do.
