Correction t_coffee: Lebanon is not a christian country nor is it a muslim one, cause the ratio of muslims to christians is quite close, also the goverment is not christian, it's comprised of all the sects (catholic, orothodox, sunni, shiaa, etc), president is catholic christian but the prime minister is sunni muslim and so on.

And there are plenty of arab christians, not only lebanese, but jordanian, syrian, palestinian, and i think there are even khalijee christians.
