The thing is DG- Qataris get poorer standards and service because we don't maintain and work to the standards we were trained to do and used to doing because we are not allowed to!
Esp as a female - no one asks or listens to or about our experience and our skills - we are just told what to do.
there is no brainstorming just a conformity to dictates (not even rules just whims).
It is frustrating I could really do so much.
So by being scared of Qataris the Qataris end up with poor returns on their money because employees don't work to their potential.

Oh that is just one incident..... it is hard.
in one class i have
X clan table
Y clan table
the odds and sods table.

So I have to be very careful or I could make someone from Clan X lose face in front of Clan Y just by telling them to put their mobile away.
