that's exactly WHY they complain about not granting the citizenship.. All these problems which you mentioned will be solved automatically just upon becoming a Citizen of State of Qatar... and plus many other privileges will be given...
And I also think that if person was born in the country, and live in for all his/her life, obeying the country's law, contributing a lot in its growth and development during his/her entire life, so some compromise could be found.. maybe not citizenship, but at least some other status that would differ that person from someone who just arrived to Doha one week ago and it’s not sure yet if he/she will stay in here.
