there r many schools, so u can choose according to yr location.
i recommend Al raya which located in madaiant khalifa near old moroor(traffic) roundabout, coz i got mine from there but 7 yrs ago IOOOOOOI
Fees vary according to yr request coz u can request full course which cost around 2500 - 3000 ( i am not sure )
if u have good bachground about driving only 15- 25 lessons are enough.
