There are plenty of flats / apartments vacant in Najma / Mansoura area. You may get an unfurnished new 2 BHK flat / apartment one for about QAR 6000. The good news is that the rents are going down.

I have seen MES School buses around these areas, so I guess your kids will not find it difficult to go to school.
