Doesn't matter if u r still in the warranty period or not - the best place to go is Toshiba Service Center - located in the same building with Jarir Bookstore - the entrance is on the left side of the building. What ur laptop have - if i suppose right - is the display lamp what is damaged - something like this is better to be replace in a authorized service office.
