i am just wondering what else you can "reserve the bed" for, except of sleep and sex? for cooking?...
Hammers,really, try to "reserve your bed" first for Sex, and then - for Sleep...IT HELPS! Trust me!! LOL...

also as I know, a warm milk with honey make you asleep in 5 minutes..
But thanks God, I never had this problem.. just show me a pillow.. I slept in the airplain on my way home 8-9 hours in total.. could sleep more, but we finally landed...:(:(
