I think your husband is also working here under PERMANET RESIDENT VISA, right ?

In case , ur husband fulfills the immmigration criteria for a family status and you are chanigng to his visa, there is no need to fly out of the country. I heard they charge QR.500 extra , and transfer while you are within the country. No need to go back and come again
