Cook at home if you can-- that is the cheapest and healthiest way forward.

If you cant cook then you have to scout around for places that suit your pocket and taste.

Vasanth Bhuvan across the road is expensive but good quality , you cant eat this food daily though -- or can you ? It costs Qr 16=00 for a full meal..

Cheaper hotels / cafes can serve food for as low as QR 6=00 per meal but they may not be hygenic -- take care of your health first.

Like I said select something that will suit your pocket and your stomach.

A Good meal in Vasanth bhuvan during day ( or night ) and bread butter with coffer at night ( or day ) can be a balancing equation ? Maybe , Maybe not -- you choose..

Happy hunting.( And do post me your findings ;) )
