One option: Make friends with someone who has a car and go with them (once you have your license). If you do not have a license, you cannot buy. Heck, you can't even get in the door.

The law says you can only buy beverages for your own consumption in your own home and you must take your purchases directly from the point of purchase to your abode.

Second option: Get both your QDC and driver's license, and rent a car when you want to buy. See comment on law above.
