I think it should be at least 3 years old car before you need to undergo Qatar Technical Inspection. Meaning 2006 models and below needs to go to QTI for reneawal of Istimara,, yours is 2007 so you can go direct for renewal at traffic police dept. Next year your car already needs to undergo the inspection.
