no need to call 111, in my expr they didn't understand the problem.. if ur card is halla, forget for gprs/3g, this related to iphone polecy with moblile provider (bundle). just go with ebhar or vodafone, this the easy way than ask 111, sometims the answer so funny :-)). i used iphone in many country using prepaid card (like halla) w/o any probelm, all working incl 3g internet.
