That is near where I live! We have loads of building... why on earth someone would want to do that and the disrespect it shows... it also so tarnishes all us western ladies...

Sorry it is our business... we live here, a lot of us respect where we live and we dont like others giving us a bad name.
Certain things are 'everyone's business' because we are a community.
If I saw a woman getting hit in the street - I would not 'mind my own business'.
some practices are not socially acceptable.
