Well Frog, if I had seen it I would definitely have had a polite but firm conversation with the clueless one. Or if I had been feeling mean would have called the police to have her arrested for nudity (bikini wearing in parking lots here is classed as nudity)...:)

Point to note...a week or so ago I was in a supermarket and a woman was sniffing the oranges in the produce section wearing more or less a bikini. I did have a polite word about cultural awareness and got the biggest mouthful of abuse back. Lovely!_______________________________________________________
