If you/your husband can sponsor her, that would always be the best option. There are a lot of agencies here in Doha that can provide you with CV's of ladies and the nationality that you preferred. Once you get your visa ready for her, the agency could then proceed with their paper works. Last month, I contacted one and I was asked to pay 7,500 for processing fee and ticket from country of origin for a sri lankan nanny.
