Vodafone prefix is 7, while Qtel prefixes are 3, 5, 6 so all you can do is try and find out if the remaining 6 numers combination is available and how much is it.
A direct exchange is not possible.
For example say your number is 5424344 then all you can do is take it to vodafone system 7424344. But once again you have to be sure on the avilability of the number and if the numbers falls into the special number category prepare yourself to empty your pockets (some numbers are over 100000 QAR and yes they take downpayment...lol)
and find out if the number you have is available in Vodafone. Remember to change the QTEL prefix either 3, 5, 6 for 7 complete the remaining 6 digit sequence and get a price.
