Update!

I went back again yesterday having had my phone cut off for a week.
Met a Tunisian lady called Samia who worked for Qtel and wanted to know how long my complaint had been lodged, asked me for names of people i'd dealt with, and I cannot thank her enough. Service was reactivated the same day and it just shows what can be done when someone actually cares about the customer.
Faith is restored once more!!! Wonderful lady indeed! ;o)
